Report a cyber crime or fraud

Use this option to make a police report about cyber crime or fraud in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland.

(If you live in Scotland or the crime happened there, contact Police Scotland on 101).

Are you a business, charity or organisation under a cyber attack? Call 0300 123 2040 immediately.

Otherwise, if the crime is occurring now you should discontinue this report and call your local police service by dialling 999 for emergencies or 101 for non-emergencies

What happens when I make a report?

We pass on all fraud cases to Report Fraud Analysis Services, which is overseen by City of London Police. Once you submit a report, you will receive a crime reference number and be contacted with updates via email.
